Members "For Sale" Flooring monthly charge

This product is for rental of floor space to display one bike. We will post a for sale sign on the bike with member contact information and price. It is up to the member to market the bike. We will show the bike to interested parties, but the transaction is solely between member and buyer.

By buying this product, member accepts terms and conditions.

• Rental is $200 per month, payable in advance, by recurring monthly credit card.
• No refunds, nor pro-rata of monthly rental.
• Credit card refusal may lead to P&C parking bike on street, at member's sole risk.
• Member will keep bike insured and make a copy of the insurance certificate available to P&C if requested.
• Member will be solely responsible for any damage caused to bike while on premises.

For interested parties:

• P&C will wheel bike to street and start
• P&C will not permit bike to be ridden.
• P&C will not enter into negotiations with any potential customers.
